Mindful Sports Online Training for Young Athletes

Mindful Sports Online Training is a four-week course teaching mindfulness to young athletes. Specifically created for young athletes and used in published research, this course introduces mindfulness training and the development of personal mindfulness practice for kids. This course introduces young athletes to the core concepts of a personal mindfulness practice, includes experiential mindfulness training, and helps your young athlete learn self-regulation skills for the field/court.
